Palio Ristorante Italiano has been open a little over a year, but quickly joined the ranks of Leesburg's destination restaurants.

Last month Palio was the site of a "Tweetup", a meeting of folks, accustomed to seeing other on Twitter, but not in real life. We shared delectable antipasti of cured meats, cheeses, bread, octopus and Willowbrook wine, all served up by Proprietor Antonio Pino ("Nino").

Good times...

The event was well documented by Shashi Bellankonda, whose Network Solutions business card lists his title as Director - Social Media (Social Media Swami).
